When I started live streaming our church service today, the video looked robotic, not smooth. Then an error message came on that said this (see picture below).
We changed the bitrate from 4000 to 2000, then we changed the adjusted the video output down to 720p from 1080. We kept the Base at 1080. We Kept the camcorder at 1080. This helped. But what should the fps be? 30 or 60?
