Question / Help Youtube livestream skips at 1440p60

Hello, I've been streaming for years at 1080p60 no problem in Youtube, but finally decided to take a leap to 1440p60 tonight. Everything seemed to go alright, my 2950x didn't seem to be having issues keeping up with 1440p60 @medium (my internet connection was always the deterrent, but I used ABR 17500kbps leaving some pad for my ~21mbps upload).

During the stream itself, everything seemed fine, people reported no issues at all. There was a small 225 dropped frame hiccup, but most of the stream the CPU was hovering at 30-40%. I was playing on console, so the CPU wasn't being used for much else.

In any case, Youtube basically insta-enabled the VOD after the stream, even though it's nearly 5 hours (1080p60 streams usually take a few hours, this was quite fast) but there are seemingly random jumps on the video. Sometimes 1 after a 10 minutes, sometimes 4 clustered together. They don't seem to respond to "higher image complexity" or anything that would make me think that I'd be dropping frames, and they didn't happen during the actual livestream. And, of course, they amount to a much higher number of frames than the 225 that OBS reported at the end of the stream.

The only difference with my 1080p60 streams is not scaling the output (since I also record videos at 1440p60, that's what I set the canvas as). I changed the 10mbps I was using to the aforementioned 17.5mbps and disabled scaling. x264, medium preset. Is it my fault, OBS's or Youtube's?

Nevermind, it was just Youtube being Youtube. Around 24 hours later the video processed again (I assume) and all the footage is now there.
