Youtube livestream keeps buffering for viewers, OBS showing no problems.

Hello!

I'm having some issues with my 24/7 livestream since shortly. (last week)
It's having trouble getting up to quality higher than 144p, at 720 or 1080p it keeps buffering for everyone.

OBS is showing no problems. Steady 5000 kb/s, 60FPS and ~10% CPU.
Youtube is also showing no problems in the livestream analytics.

I have tried lowering the resolution and FPS, same issue.
I'm using Speedify with two providers, they both come through the speedtest flawlessly.
Disabling Speedify will net the same problem.

That is on youtube, your 144p played flawless while 1080p was buffering like crazy, funny was that even though i did put it manually to 144p in the youtube player it did switch to 1080p after 5 mins on its own and runs 1080p without buffering since then.

I noticed that too, I just removed (10 minutes ago or so) 1TB of storage from my 2TB disc, the disc where my stream folders are. (OBS, album art, etc.)
And somehow, it's running better? Makes no sense to me.

It seems the problem still persists now, even at 144p. Can we be sure it's on Youtube's end? It's been like this for days, though.

the log says your internet sucks, looks like it working was only temporarily and it is not on youtube in your case.
