Question / Help Youtube Live stream just cut out

Hello Everyone. I streamed our church service this morning @ 852x480 @ 24fps to youtube live using x264 encoding. It was going reasonably well until the stream just cut out completely @ approx. 11:30am in the log. Pressing the Start Streaming button did nothing ... I eventually had to restart OBS to get the stream to start again. I suspect it is the stability of the connection ... don't know what to do about it though.

11:31:37.119: socket_thread_windows: Received FD_CLOSE
However, just prior to this the stream was at 300Kbps ... so I don't know what happened.

Various internet speed test show 10+Mbps upload. Now I undertsand that is not really indicative of what actually to expect (I read the sticky posts), but I was streaming way down in the hundreds of Kbps ... definitely sub 1 Mbps. If it wasn't for the ability to dynamically change bitrate then the video would be unwatchable due to the dropped frames. The subpar quality is "ok" for now (as most watch from phones/tablets) ... just didn't want the stream to go out completely. Thanks in advance.

OBS log is here

You need to contact your ISP and complain to them about the quality of service.
Thanks, but calling ATT and complaining is about like talking to a doorknob. Nothing happens. They are ultimately just gonna ask me what a speed test shows.

There's nothing OBS can do about the quality of your connection.

Generic speed tests results aren't necessarily applicable to streaming performance in any case.

Under Advanced settings. make sure "Automatically Reconnect" is checked then increase your maximum retries.

Thanks again. Yes, I understand that now ... just saying that most you talk to at ATT do not. However, I did not expect to get 10+Mbps during a speed test and struggle to maintain 200-300 kbps in the stream.
