Youtube ingest server connect "Couldn't get channel information"

I'm having trouble setting up OBS for my Youtube stream.
We have a stream key we use weekly. However, when I try to connect the YouTube account (using YouTube - RTMPS), YouTube authentication succeeds, but OBS says "Couldn't get channel information (Disconnect Account)". What can I do to clean up this issue please? It seems to work when I just use the stream key, however I'd prefer to connect to the account cleanly.

Did you get a reply? I can't use the Auto-configuration Wizard to set up the software while trying to install it because of this same issue. I don't have a stream key because I am still trying to start up the software and figure it out. Actually streaming is so far down the list yet.
