YouTube HLS: Limited To One Hour

I suspect this is more a generic OBS/YouTube question and not one specific to the Mac. I've tried three or four times to HLS-stream to YouTube, and it works superbly well for... the first hour. In every case, YouTube closes the connection at exactly 60 minutes.

Is that expected? I've hunted around on YT's docs and can't find a note about stream length limits. But it's possible I missed it.

Looks like Jim was able to reproduce this with this Mac. It doesn't appear to happen w/Windows, just MacOS.
