When OBS is open (recording or not) and when playing a youtube video that is in AV1 format, there will be times that a subtitle section won't show on the main monitor but it shows on OBS. If OBS is closed, it seems like everything is fine. How do I fix this issue? I cleared cache and cookies, ran in Incognito Mode, placed extension to force a different video format, tried different browser, ran OBS as administrator. This has been very frustrating. please help
