I tried everything reinstalling obs quiting antivirus firewall everything i even reinstalled my pc.

On every platform that i try streaming on youtube it dosen't work.I have no BAD PC and NO BAD INTERNET on twich it works perfectly.No problem No issue.WHAT'S THE PROBLEM?
