Run the Ato-configuration Wizard and apply the recommended settings it gives. Restart OBS. Yes, restart OBS. Now do a test as is and don't change anything. Keep it in simple output mode.
Take into consideration that you're using and iGPU and this aren't that good for streaming.
The base resolution is the resolution of your monitor, witch looks like tobe 1360 x 768. Set the same as output resolution. Consider scale the output resolution to 720p 60fps or 30fps. Don't mess with this. Keep it simple.
