Question / Help Yet Another "Help Me Fix My Settings" Post

In my defense, I tried very, very hard to handle this myself. Countless "Best OBS Settings 2017!!!" videos and countless readings of threads in this forum with my same issue, and that issue is that, so far, I cannot get my output to look smooth. The gameplay looks nice and smooth, but the recording does not. I'm going to upload a few of my logs, since I have been experimenting.

I have a lot of lagged frames in the newer logs; not so many in the older ones.

I have since solved my issue by completely uninstalling OBS, along with the user settings, and starting from scratch.
