Yes problem may be specific to a certain game not sure

Yes I have been trying to stream The uncertain: Light at the end, and well whenever i have OBS up obs and my stream get laggy as hell. I do not know what the issue may be. I lowered bitrate, i lowered resolution, i lowered scaling, i lowered from lanczos (or however its spelled) to bilinear downscale filter. Still the game runs fine, whether ultra settings or lowest of low; However, obs run like dookie when the game is opened, the moment I close it obs goes back to normal working order. This does not occur in any other game. I would really like some help I have the log file, but i didnt get a crash or an error just saw encoding overloaded a couple times (which is how i came to the other fixes i mentioned trying which did nothing). https://obsproject.com/logs/lkvSu25vssEVZzWE
