yellow tint in my recordings

i record gameplay from PS5 with a capture card to obs this is the first time ive ever had a issue i have made recordings before but i recently installed a RTX 5060 in the pc its all up to date as well as my windows this is the first time i went to record with the new GPU and it has a yellow tint in obs neither one of my monitors supports HDR and color filters nor HDR tone mapping (override) seemed to help ive tryed eveything i looked up nothing worked any help would be appreciated. log file below

 
does it have this same yellow tint in the OBS preview?
does it look the same in other software?

my first guess would be the capture card but checking other software is required.
 
yes i seen the discoloration before i started recording so i made a recording just to see and it was the same discoloration someone mentioned to test it on webcamtests.com so i did and it was the same discoloration
 
Ok just out of curiosity you don't think the new GPU could be causing video issues maybe some kind of miss communication with the capture card to the pc I was reading on things about color range and setting it to either limited or full in obs but didn't seem to matter the capture card is not even a month old.
