Question / Help yellow bounds/boardering screen

Is there anything that can remove those weird yellow boarders/bounds arround the screen? while trying to capture eg. internet/web page then it appears and its so annyoing while trying for example full screen watch any video , on capture it doesnt appear but still its bothering to me , also i know its kinda problem of "windows graphics capture" but i cannot find where to delete it or remove or turn off i need BIG help in this one

It cannot be disabled, Microsoft implemented it specifically to alert users when given types of windows are being captured.
