Bug Report YAY, More issues with OBS Studio!

So, recently I have been having an issue where having OBS Studio just OPEN makes Rocket League lag. I am very sad because I like OBS Studio! ShadowPlay works great but there is no way to reduce background noise from my microphone on my headset. I will include a log. This happened BEFORE I installed my new graphics card and hooked up two monitors.

Cap your frame rate in Rocket League because that game will easily max out your GPU. If your GPU is maxed out, there are no GPU resources for OBS to use. Also, disable Multi-adapter compatibility in your Game Capture scene if that is enabled because that can cause significant performance loss.
