Good afternoon,
I have been searching for a displayport capture card so I can keep my gaming PC resolution at 2650x1080 while my streaming PC streams it at 1920x1080. I currently use an Avermedia live gamer HD, but when I clone it, it forces the resolution to 1920x1080 on my gaming PC. When I use a splitter and dp to HDMI cable, OBS preview goes black and states it is out of range. Anyone know if the Xtremedv-DP2 capture card is compatible with OBS? Or even better can anyone recommend a displayport capture card that may be cheaper/compatible with OBS?
I think these are pretty much the same card.
