XML Data Bridge 0.6

Trying to read XML from a web site. https://data.htptv.com/basketball/xml?id=iv3 has sample live scoreboard data. (Might not be much data during weekdays though.) Eventually a hockey version of this file will be available.

If I download the file to use locally, it displays the data. If I enter the URL above, it doesn't display any data. Is loading live web data supported?

discorny updated Sportzcast LiveXML Text with a new update entry:

0.6 - Web URLs

The script now has an option for Web URLs that lead to XML data.

The script prioritizes the web url. If there is any text in the web url box, it will ignore the local XML path.

Jason, I have posted an update that now allows web URLs. Let me know if you have any issues. When testing with your URL I had to check the search whole XML file box.

Since the plugin now has the ability to bridge data from sources other than Sportzcast LiveXML, it has been renamed "XML Data Bridge"
