Question / Help Xeon e5450 high encode?

Hello!
I tried to stream with a Intel Xeon E5450 3ghz and HD6850 with 4gb ram, ObS studio.
Settings: Veryfast,30fps,1280x720,2000kbps,x264
If I stream with 480p I dont have lag but If I try to set 720p its a little lag : high encode cpu usage
Whats the solution?

(If I stream mc its not Always showing but If I stream csgo its ways.
Tomorrow i can upload log file. )

CPU isn't powerful enough to encode the video and play the game at the same time. Using a higher resolution will increase the CPU power required to encode the video.

You have two options

1. Get a better CPU

2. Stream at 480p resolution

Did u changed the settings ? what grapich card u have and what u streamed i have the same problem i hope u will answer
