Xenonauts game not capturing

Trying to load OpenXcom - same result. Absolutely no clues? Capture is being started and stopped with no reasons.

I disabled Windows 10 Hardware GPU Scheduler and now logs looks like this:
Analyzer says critical issue gone but anyway, black screen. What can i do else?

Thanks but Display Capture is not good in case if you dont want show sensitive information while alt-tabbing.
Also, gamecapture with any game is being shown with something like red dot (i suppose it's source 0px width and heght). If OBS is run like administrator, then it's just a black screen without red dot

Anyway, all i can get in logs is useless - i only see OBS tries to capture process, then "capture stopped". No damn details. Why is that?

About the Display Capture and exclude application from the display capture:
Display Capture capturing literally everything??
In all the time I have been using obs (about 8 months to a year) it has never done this. I use Display Capture to display my screen and browser when streaming, however just recently in the past week, I did not change a single setting and yet Display Capture is now capturing every game I go into...
