Question / Help Xcapture-1 users?

is anyone using an xcapture-1 for composite sources like nes or snes with OBS? Mind sharing your settings? I can't seem to get it perfect and not sure where I am going wrong. Mostly I don't really understand what resolutions to set or how big my scene capture window should be or how to scale it properly.

To be more specific, the problem I am having is a slight stutter every 6-7 seconds in the live preview window, using a SNES and s-video or composite. It goes smoothly for a few seconds, and then stutters slightly, and this just repeats forever. I assume it's something with framerates, refresh sync, or something.

I figured it out. The snes outputs a framerate faster than 60fps. It's about 60.0988 or so. Obs can't seem to handle this well, it's only possible thru something like virtualdub where you can get directly what the source is putting out without messing with it in any way.

Is there a way to submit this an an issue or request to OBS devs to fix/allow?
