Question / Help Xbox user to computer OBS

Hey I recently purchased a live gamer portable 2 plus. I finally figured how to get the game volume but given the hdmi carries the volume I can;t get my stream to hear my mic connected to my xbox or the chat volume from the game or party chat. Is there anyway to fix this

xbox settings -> volume & audio output -> party chat output -> set to headset and speakers. the chat will come over the HDMI,

Please be aware the best thing to do at least for me since I use a dedicated microphone for streaming... was to use xbox companion app on the PC, and allow it to use my PC connected mic. this way I wonly needed one microphone, the one connected to MY PC. this way you can control the audio volume of chat from the companion app in OBS.

You may need to enable stereo mix in your audio settings on your pC>

The chat audio still doesnt come through. Also the change ends up having them sound weird on my headset

Okay so I figured it out but now I cant hear any audio on OBS and I cant hear the party chat off the computer
