Question / Help Xbox One S + Mic + Party Chat + In Game Chat

So I got my stream up and running with Elgato HD 60s + OBS, so thats good.

Now, how do I enable party chat so everyone on the stream can hear and also
how can I enable ingame chat so everyone on the stream can also hear that.

What I have

- Xbox One S
- Obs + Elgato HD 60s
- Headset for Xbox One S
- Blue Yeti
- Really good PC

I'm not sure how that's relevant? The setup in OBS is the same regardless if you're streaming or recording. Please read the guide Elgato provides with how to set it up.
