Question / Help Xbox One Gameplay on OBS

Hello, Is there any way I can stream my game footage on my Xbox One onto OBS So I can stream it? I stream to youtube, but my Xbox One cannot do that. Please help if you know any way to. Thank you

You need a capture card, and with mac, that basically needs to be a blackmagic design or magewell one.
