Question / Help Xbox One App Giving OBS Encoding Errors

Okay I will start off by saying I have streamed on this computer for about 6 months, maybe longer and had some great looking streams. But like all computers do I got a virus and had to reformat my computer. Since then I cannot get my stream to work when I open the xbox app. The stream will work fine as long as I don't open the app. I do not have a capture card, but like I said I've done this before. I have tried the highest encoding preset and the lowest video quality. I've tried adjusting some settings in my AMD Control Center but no luck. I have been trying to get this right for weeks and no video or forum post can help me. Please I just want to stream again.

Thanks, this log has no stream attempt in it though so there's some missing information. Can you get me a clean log file?

To make a clean log file, first restart OBS, then start your stream/recording for ~30 seconds and stop it again. Make sure you replicate any issues as best you can, which means having any games/apps open and captured, etc. When you're done select Help > Log Files > Upload Current Log File. Copy the URL and paste it here.

You did, but I don't have good news. The CPU in your PC is far too old to run OBS at any kind of watchable quality. I'm honestly not sure that it ever worked, and I don't know what to suggest to you as you're only able to encode 4% of the video frames being output by OBS.
