Xbox Companion / OBS Recording noise glitches

I am new to some of this but has anyone had this issue before?

I streamed my Xbox to my PC using the companion app it comes with, I then recorded it via Obs so i could edit it for YouTube.

Few video glitches which is fine, was expected. HOWEVER when i went to edit it all. every 5 seconds or so there is very noticeable glitchy crunch noise that happens only during the game play (not on menu). I tried to cut them out individually but some happen when i speak so hard to cut out, This is only on the recording and not when i play.

My friend thinks its something Microsoft might have in place but i would love to hear if anyone has had this before and if there is a fix without getting a capture card?

OBS Studio creates a log file each time you run it which contains very useful diagnostic information. Without a log file, it's much harder for any support volunteers to figure out problems and your post may be ignored. To upload a log file, go to the Help menu > Log Files > Upload Last Log...

Hey!

Depends what you mean? They are not connected to each other by wires if that's what you mean, also they are not connected directly to an internet router, both via wifi.(xbox is connected to a booster how ever)
