Bug Report x64 gives only "woops crashed" message as soon as i open. x32 works fine.

As the title says, x64 bit wont open, just gives me a crashed message as soon as i click the desktop icon but x32 works fine. Havent touched it since i last used it and it was working fine. I have checked updates, drivers, etc.

Update RivaTuner to the beta version or whitelist OBS in it.
