Question / Help x265 HEVC?

Am I missing something or does the studio have no HEVC encoding?!

There's no support for x265 as far as I am aware, what did you want to use it for?

It has it, but the cost to benefit ratio makes it not worth using.

Thanks Harald, how do you enable it? It's not something I'd use because H.265 isn't supported very much, just interested :-)

custom ffmpeg output. It's only available on recording.

Considering that youtube doesn't support it, the only reason to use it is to archive your recordings in a smaller format for use in editing later. If you're going to do that, just use handbrake to convert after you're done recording.
