So I've seen a lot of posts here but I'd like to take a bit of a deeper dive into this.
System: Ryzen 9 3950x
32GB ram
GTX1080TI

My upload speed is 50mbps. I average 54+ from my provider.
My image is pixelated during action-intense scenes and during movement (not incredibly but with my hardware, it's slightly annoying) and am wondering if there's a way to improve this? I'm thinking of switching my CPU usage to slow considering I usually only hover around 4-6% but need some big brain help here.
I game at 144hz.
