Recently I've been trying to find good quality OBS streaming settings for Valorant on Twitch. Since you can't actually view your stream during a bandwidth test I figured it would be the same quality if you record with the same settings (I have fast internet, that isn't the problem.)
The problem is, the quality is pretty bad. It looks very blurry.
CPU: i7 10700k
GPU: RX 5700 XT
Ram: 32GB 3200Mhz
These were the settings I was using:

Sadly I can't use NVENC because I have an amd gpu with their potato streaming encoder.
Am I looking for quality that doesn't exist? And is there a way to make it so that this doesn't impact my fps too much with this quality? (I usually get 300 fps without streaming.)
