Ive been having an issue with OBS, I have a GTX 1070 and a i5 but I cant run x264, no matter what option i choose the stream is incredibly bad for the viewers, like a slideshow.
Ive been using NVENC which is a lot better but it takes a ton of FPS from my game (overwatch)
