I am streaming indoor sports live and the detail on faces and other moving objects degrades quite rapidly if there is any motion.
I don't have all my settings in front of me right now, but I am streaming 1280x720 at 3000 bps on Youtube and using these settings: 2 B-Frames, 1 Reference Frame per their page: https://support.google.com/youtube/answer/2853702?hl=en.
I was not able to find the other settings parameters to put those into my OBS settings.
Basically I'm wondering if there are some specific settings that would help in preserving the detail of players. I thought 3000 bps should be more than enough for a 720p stream, but any motion starts to cause some blockiness or compression artifacts on the moving objects. The rest of the picture like the stands and walls stays looking fine -- it's just the moving objects that start to look bad.
