I´m not expert on x264 codec, but I see that presets are a clone of the standart x264 presets ¿the problem whit this? OBS is used for streaming, and for streaming some of the x264 options are useless or even worse for the IQ. For example I tried with ultrafast and I put the comand bframes=16, bframes 16 is used on placebo and surprise... the IQ in high motion images in even worse that bframes=0 and the CPU consume is huge, this option is create for encoding videos, on streaming this destroy IQ. I think that is not the only option that is counterproductive. I think that the solution is make a specific optimized profiles for streaming in the OBS software, that could be very positive!!!
