Question / Help x264 or NVENC for Streaming?

Hey Guys,

I was wondering whether I should use x264 or NVENC to stream. I have a pretty meh cpu but a decent graphics card(it was on sale) so I was think NVENC would be better. I also play on the same PC so that also affects things.

My Specs:
AMD A10-6700 APU
Nvidia Geforce GTX 970
8 GB RAM
1 TB HDD
Windows 10 Home

Use Tools / Auto Configuration Wizard.

For your rig NVENC. That CPU is your downfall.
