Is it just me or is the fps option for x264 ignored by OBS? I tried fps=30 and the video was still 60FPS.
Background: I'm aware that I can set the framerate in the Video options, but I want to record at one framerate (60) and stream at another (30). Accordingly, I want the canvas at 60fps for recording, but only want to grab every other frame for the stream.
I've searched the internet for a couple of days and can't find any advice that's current.
