X Producer Error Creating Broadcast

I'm trying to stream to X/Twitter using X Media Studio Producer.

I've tried changing settings in OBS, and I'm unable to stream. I've watched videos of others using OBS to stream to X, and when I follow the steps, it isn't working for me.

What might be the hangup? I'm using USB mic & webcam to my PC.

I recently signed up for X Premium, and I think there may be a delay. I tried restream, and it's saying I need X Premium. I'm seeing it can take 4 days to get verified, so it may just be that streaming isn't available immediately.
