WZ 2.0 crashes at start when OBS is running (open)..

Hey,
Warzone 2 is crashing right at the start when OBS is running/open and not even broadcasting.
I reinstalled both programs and tried various nvidia drivers. I even tried SLOBS and feel dirty now but Warzone isn't crashing while SLOBS is running...

I9 9900k
32gb ddr4 ram
Geforce rtx 3080
WIN 10 home
