Question / Help Wrong Setup or to less Power in my Laptop

Hey,

I want to Record League of Legends,
The Problem is when im Recording&Playing i get laggs and the Gameplay when its finished and i watch the replay it laggs too.

I dont know what the problem could be.

I have an I5-6200U with 2.30-2.40 GHz
8GB RAM
with an Nvidia GT940M

so i have to less power or i have just the wrong setup of OBS?
