Hi everyone,
I am a new OBS studio user. I am currently using a USB3 IDS camera (UI324x-ML) and I wish to record videos at 60 fps, which my camera supports. Although OBS allows me to access and change some of the camera parameters, simple ones like the fps and the pixel clock are not accessible. In the software settings, OBS offers me the option to set a frame per sec. up to 60. However, changing this value does not seem to change the actual fps of the camera. As in, even if I set 60fps, the real fps stays around 20. I know this because no matter the fps that I set, a video of 1min remains exactly the same size.
Does anyone know why setting a fps in OBS doesn't change anything on my camera.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Camille
