Question / Help [Work Around included - NOT SOLVED]OBS Studio locks window to 30fps when program opens

Not sure why - but I can have a game open, running at 60 and as soon as OBS studio is opened it caps down to 30fps.

I have the settings for fps set to 60fps. This wasn't always the case, last time I used it, everything worked fine, now no matter how many restarts, changing of settings, cannot avoid this problem =o

Apologies for not including the log - for some reason I cannot upload no matter which computer I use, but got it to upload after a few refreshes.

How I worked around the problem - still trying to see what exactly was the issue.

I used a program called "Process Explorer" and found what OBS Studios was running in the background -- thinks like cef-bootstrap and a .dll called graphics-hook32 were causing hickups -- I could even uninstall obs studios because of these two things.

So after killing those processes and being able to delete and reinstall, the bug is no longer happening - though I lost all settings in the process.

I don't know what caused the bug, but I hope this helps in finding it and fixing it in a future version...
