Please include a crash log, you can find these by right clicking start, choose run and type %appdata%\obs-studio\crashes. Upload the latest file from that folder

Crash logs are located in %appdata%\obs-studio\crashes
Upload the crash log to a site like http://pastebin.com/ and link it here. Send another angry PM to a user volunteering his time trying to help you and you'll be banned.
