Woops! OBS Crashed! ON STARTUP! (Version 27.1.3, 10/15/2021)

I have a HUGE problem. I booted up OBS today and it asked me to install the new update. It opened up fine when it asked me to update, but after I updated it, now it crashes every time I try to boot it up. I've restarted my computer, I've uninstalled and reinstalled OBS Studio, I've tried running it in compatibility mode for Windows 7 and 8 and nothing works! I'm in anguish right now, I don't know what to do! I wish I never updated! I need to have this to build a hopeful streaming career with! Please, anyone, help me!

I think this is exactly the same problem I have:

OBS is not opening and instead this error message shows: It has been happening ever since I last updated OBS, restarting/updating my computing has not fixed it.

If someone has any idea, please do something because this is causing multiple peoples' OBS to be unusable.
