Won't Stream after being able to stream in dedicated account

Twice today I tried to stream my services live and still recorded to upload. Happened after I updated to version 29.

I've uninstalled and will reinstall to see if that will help, but I also changed ISP's due to reliability issues with my prior provider (Spectrum).

Reinstalled it and configured it. Settings are now OK and it is streaming.
