I decided to use OBS Studio to start recording videos, I went through applied all my setting and then tested it out. when I went to open the file of my 20 second long test recording it was only 1 second long. I did this multiple times and changed setting after every try I still can get the videos to exceed more than 3 seconds for a video that was about 40 seconds long. I can't figure out what is causing this issue and need some help.

Unfortunately there's not a recording attempt in your log. Make sure you see Recording Stop in the log before you upload a new one

Hi Nick to me it looks like your CPU isn't capable of recording and playing games, you are getting over 70% of frames not being rendered correctly :-( you could try dropping the frame rate to 30 fps and also fix your resolution to be 1280x720 because currently you are recording at the strange resolution of 1364x 768. Either way I don't think it'll help fix the problem. What laptop are you using?

Yeah, you need upgrade. I think, 30 fps is too much. Try 800x480@25. If successful - try to up settings. For example, Settings for Crap PC? - and he doesn't uses PC for gaming, only PS4 Remote Play.
