wont record properly

Whenever I try to record it won't record properly. with game capture, it doesn't work nearly all the time and when it does it works at 1 fps. when I use display capture it is just frozen on something like this. How do I fix this?

Can you share your detailedcomputer information? It may be that OBS cannot work normally due to more programs running on your computer, or it may be your computer configuration is not good enough. How much FPS is your game generally set? Have you tried some other gameplay screen recording software? Such as XBox game bar, Bandicam, wondershare, RecMaster, and so on. If none of these are ok, It most likely to be related to your computer.
