Won't Open

I can't open OBS Studio. I have tried so many times. I have tried Uninstalling and Reinstalling nothing works. Please help.

Hi, have the same problem, OBS wont open but process is running on task manager.

just discovered how to "Fix", if i kill the process "enc-amf-test64" on the task manager, obs window pop up instantly and works (at least for video recording)
