Won't Install..

I removed OBS Studio a week ago and have been using Streamlabs Desktop and am now trying to install OBS and start over with it, but it won't allow me to even start the install as it says OBS is running. Is this Streanlabs Desktop? Did they just copy your code and sell it?

Thanks for any help...I'd like not to remove Streamlabs until I have OBS installed.
