Question / Help Won't download

It says "the item obs64.exe that this shortcut refers to has been changed or moved so this shortcut will no longer work properly. Do you want to delete this shortcut?" and if i press yes it deletes, if i press no, it just closes that tab What can I do to fix this?

the shortcut did not target to the location where OBS is located
did you deleted the folder where obs.exe is located?
or did you uninstalled obs?
