Won't connect to Twitch

Sorry if someone else has had this problem and I missed the thread. But OBS apparently disconnected from my Twitch and when I try to reconnect it, this screen pops up. I've gone back and forth with twitch and they claim it's not an issue on their end. Anyone know what I do to fix it?

I've updated my computer, hard rebooted it, closed out of everything and went back in, etc. So I did all the basic stuff (I think).

This helped a lot, thanks! Still need to figure some things out (I think I need to buy a new capture device which is annoying but whatever), but you got most of the issues fixed for me!
