Question / Help Wont Capture 1st screen?

I just recently started to have this problem, and now whenever i open OBS i can NEVER see my main screen. I tried rolling back to older versions of OBS studio but no fix. Any help on this guys?

You can only display capture a specific display once. Make sure you don't have two display capture sources trying to capture the same display.

its not capturing 2 screens at once, ill go to change to see if it will pick up my second screen and it does, but when i switch it back to my main screen i get a black screen
