Question / Help Wondering if this is a streaming PC

Hey Guys! I’ve been needing to get my self a second PC in order have one dedicated for gaming and the other for video encoding/editing! I will be using a Elgato Capture card to be linking the two, and I was just wondering if the build I’m looking to purchase is worth it. All I am looking for is to stream in at minimum 720p60.
The exact specs are as follows:
HP Envy MotherBoard
Intel Core i5-6400 (3.6GHz, Quad-Core CPU)
12gb Hynix 1600MHz DDR3L RAM
(2Tb) SATA III HDD (BRAND NEW)
2Gb EVGA GTX 950 SC GPU
