Question / Help Without No Reason, I Am Not Able To Stream Anymore

I have gone through all the protocols required for the KBS red box and drop frames to fix it.

Still, nothing is happening. I also bought the new router and my internet engineer also looked through detailing, still OBS not fixed.

Has anyone any other recommendations to help me out? I miss my live streaming days.
